INGREDIENTS :
Karuppu Kavuni Aval– 1 cup.
METHOD OF COOKING :
- Grind Aval coarsely.
- Heat the Pan add little oil, mustard seeds, urid dal, chana dal, green chilis, curry leaves and coconut.
- Fry for 2 mts.
- Add 1 ½ cup of water and salt to taste.
- When the water starts boiling add grinded aval and cook it for 5 mts.
- Once the mix is ready, make Kuzhakkattai and keep it in Idly cooker and steam it for 15 mts.
- Serve with chutney.
