Delicious South Indian Desserts made of Poha.
INGREDIENTS :
Kuzhi Adichan Aval – 1 Cup.
Nattu Chakra – 3/4 cup.
Cardamom – 4.
Ghee.
Cashew.
Almonds.
METHOD OF COOKING :
- Roast the aval with little ghee.
- Grind it coarsely.
- In a Pan, add ¼ cup of water and nattu chakra to make a syrup and let it boil for 5 mts.
- Add the roasted aval powder and stir it nicely.
- Add ghee in between.
- Cook for 10 mts in low heat add cardamom.
- Temper cashew /Almonds in ghee and add to the aval kesari.
- Serve.
